Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year Earnings Date

(NYSE: UPH) (“UpHealth” or the “Company”), a global digital health company delivering technology platforms, infrastructure, and services to modernize care delivery and health management, today announced that it has rescheduled its analyst day to Wednesday, March 30, 2022. The Company will release financial results for its fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021, before the market opens the same day.

A live question-and-answer session with investors and analysts will be held in conjunction with the analyst day beginning at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on March 30, 2022.
